Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and free of any marks or odors.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
